Mary (Fipps) Haynes, age 68, a resident of Kansas, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at her home.

Mary was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 1, 1943 to Earnest and Eva (Carter) Fipps. She was married to Neal Haynes for over twenty years before his death in 1996. Mary enjoyed crocheting, crafts, spending time with her family, and she will be missed very much.

Preceded in death by her husband and her parents; Mary is survived by three sons, Richie Courtney and his wife Amy of Kansas, Oklahoma; Roy Haynes of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma; Earl Courtney of California; one daughter, Diane Chamness and her husband Bob of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma; two brothers, Relado Fipps of Oklahoma; Relph Fipps and his wife Sandra of Oklahoma; two sisters, Geneva Bohannana and her husband Jay of Missouri; Hazel Whitewater and her husband Bobby of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren, Bobby Chamness and his wife Jessica, Lucas Chamness, Justin Haynes, Madeline Courtney, Scarlett Courtney, Tyler Sudano, Kaleb Stearns, and Breonna Martin; one great granddaughter, Olivia Chamness; and other relatives and friends.

Graveside inurnment services will be at later date.
