Alvin Ray Gitchel, age 86 of Omaha and formerly of Nob Hill, Arkansas passed away August 20, 2013. He was preceded in death by wife Betty and children, Alvin, Ruth and Mary. He is survived by children: Donna, Charles, and Darrel; 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and Eagles. Visitation will be Monday, August 26, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Noon on Monday at Martin Cemetery in Larue, Arkansas. The family will have lunch following services at Friendship Church of Springdale.
