Obituary
Annette June Hulstein, age 94 of Centerton, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 11th, 2012 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Annette was born on June 17, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois to Harry and Dina (Van Bulhuis) Dykstra. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gerrit Hulstein, Jr.; Annette is survived by two sons, Garry Hulstein of Centerton, Arkansas and Jeffery Hulstein of Oregon.
