Obituary
Mrs. Arlene Allen Carter, age 56, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, August 10th, 2017, in Bentonville, Arkansas. Arlene was born November 7th, 1960 to Orlin and Mary Allen in Great Falls, Montana. She was preceded in death by her father Orlin Allen. Mrs. Carter was survived by her husband Steven Carter, and her two children Jesse Allen, and Tasha Hoyt.
