Barbara Rose (bud) Jackson Abbott was born April 4th,1920 to James and Alice Miriam Whitten Jackson in Carroll County, MS. She passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior , Jesus Christ on April 4, 2015 in Bentonville, AR. Preceding her in death were three infant children, her parents, all of her seven siblings and her ex-husband. She is survived by three daughters, nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.. Barbara was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Helena, AR. There will be no services held at the family's request. Memorials may be made to Hickory Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 13244 Hickory Creek Rd, Lowell, AR 72745 or Covenant Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1 Covenant Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211. Cremation services provided by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
