Barbara Lee McCann, age 72 of Rogers and a longtime resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away May 22, 2012. Barbara was born September 19, 1939 in San Juan, Texas to parents Jesse Hickman and Willie Lee McDonald Hickman. She was united in marriage to Sidney "Wayne" McCann and they enjoyed many years of marriage. Barbara was a member of the Charity Baptist Church of Rogers, as well as an animal lover and supporter of firefighters and EMS. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Wayne of Rogers; daughters, Denise Meeker and husband Tony Bueno of Las Vegas, Nevada and Karen Gaines and husband Mike of Pea Ridge; granddaughter, Jamie Gaines of Pea Ridge; sisters, Annie Reynolds of Texas, Betsy (Dave) Weissinger of Wyoming, Sharon Conine of Washington; grand dogs and cat, Grace, Sam, Piper and Sunday and great grand dog, Roscoe. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the ASPCA. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
