Beatrice Kay Evans (otherwise known as Kay) was born July 13, 1958, in Orange County, CA, and passed away on June 29, 2022, at Rogers Health and Rehab Center in Rogers, AR. Kay is preceded in death by her parents, Alice Caldwell Ford & Marvin Dale Ford, and her brother-in-law, Cesar Ruiz. She is survived by brothers: Vernon Dale Ford, (wife, Rebecca), and Gregory Ford (wife, Sonya); her sisters: Lela Ruiz, Regina Melton (husband, Dwayne) Karen Farr (husband, Kenneth), and Mary Tresner (husband, Dennis). Kay is also survived by her daughter, Kathy Keaton, her grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was a life-long resident of NWA. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Her funeral arrangements are being handled by Benton County Memorial Park. Her funeral will be: Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2805 N. Dixieland Rd, in Rogers, AR.
