Betty Lebeda, age 74 of Maysville, Arkansas, passed away, Monday March 11, 2013 at Concordia Care and Rehabilitation in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Betty was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on June 20, 1938 to Joseph and Martha (Titera) Stejskal. She was owner operator of the Maysville Diner and manager of the Fayetteville Farmer's Market for many years. Betty loved gardening, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family and she will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her husband Paul Lebeda in 1994 and her parents; Betty is survived by three sons, Phillip Lebeda and wife Tina of Arizona; Wayne Lebeda of Maysville, Arkansas; Ray Lebeda, M.D. and wife Melia Evans, M.D. of Florida; two daughters, Sandy Rathjen and husband Gary of Oklahoma; Vicky Dorsett and husband David of Kansas; one brother, Joe Stejskal of California; One sister, Lynn Leusinger of Idaho; four grandchildren, Joey, Brandie, Heather, Rhiannon; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
