Betty Virginia Neil, age 74 of Rogers, Arkansas, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She didn't let cancer defeat her spirit or character. She fought the good fight, she finished the race God had for her, she kept the faith. Betty will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her. Betty is survived by her husband Joe Neil; one son, Walter "John" Jacobs, III; one daughter, Nancy Jacobs DeVenuto; one brother, Bob Allen; one sister, Dorothy Allen; six grandchildren, Chris Kilman, Ashley Kilman, Zach Kilman, Abigail Kilman, Josh Jacobs, and Jenni Jacobs; one great grandchild, Diesel Kilman; two nephews, Mark Pace and Doug Allen; two nieces, Becky Smith and Tambi Dudley; and many other relatives and friends.
