Bill Ragan, age 79, of Rogers, AR passed away Saturday, August 16th, 2014 in a local hospice center. Mr. Ragan was born October 17, 1934 in Mt. View, OK to George and Avis Cassey Ragan who preceded him in death. Mr. Ragan was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired salesman in remodeling. He is survived by his wife, Linda Castignola Ragan of Rogers, two sons, Sean Ragan and Troy Ragan; one daughter, Kim Sovell; one brother, George Albert Ragan; three grandchildren, Ragan Sovell, Austin Sovell, and Lauren Ragan. Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers.
