Billy Don McLeod of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on January 29, 2024. He was born on August 6, 1942 to the late William 'Frank' McLeod and Alta Mae McLeod in Rogers, Arkansas. Bill was an avid fan of football, and enjoyed watching the Razorbacks. Despite being a truck driver and spending a considerable amount of time away from home, he made sure to bring his loyal companion, Scooter, along for the ride. The bond between Bill and Scooter was unbreakable, making them inseparable travel companions. Bill was an independent spirit, and he lived his life on his own terms. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Gregory Don McLeod, his son-in-law, John Arnold; and granddaughter, Shannan Arnold.

Bill is survived by his partner, Shirley Bowen, of the home; daughters, Kathi Arnold, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Donnette Bush, of Rogers, Arkansas; grandchildren, Ryan Bush, of Rogers, Arkansas, Dakota McLeod, of Rogers, Arkansas, Shalane Adkinson and husband, Travis, of Simpsonville, Kentucky, and Camryn Lagios and husband, Jeff, of Fayetteville, Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Harlin, Judah, Shiloh, Micah, and Eliah; friends and family, Danny Castor, Lisle Stevenson, Frieda Maish, Jerry Maish (husband-in-law), Kyle Castor, Sharon and Larry McCarver, the McLeods; and many other friends, family.

A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 1-3 pm at
