Billy Roe, age 51 of Rogers, passed away April 28, 2015. Billy was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents Billy and Ruby Roe. He worked for many years as a handyman. Billy is survived by his wife, Cynthia; one son; four daughters and many grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed by all. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers.
