Billy Charles Southard of Fayetteville, passed away January 12, 2023. He was born on December 17, 1956 in Hot Springs, AR to parents Charles Southard and Dessie Southard. He will be greatly missed by all, who knew him. Billy was a big fan of Andy Griffith and loved old western movies. He always enjoyed eating fried chicken and watching WWE Wrestling. Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dessie Southard of Arkansas as well as his sister, Vickie Girardot of Tulsa, OK. He is survived by his son, Jason Southard of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Stacie Southard of Fayetteville, AR; two grandsons, Dayton Southard of Sand Springs, OK and Draxton St. Clair of Tulsa, OK, and a host of family and friends. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
