Bobby Gene Hamby Sr. age 81 of Bentonville passed away May 7, 2022 in Rogers, Arkansas. Bob was born July 16, 1940 in Elkhart, Texas to Norman Lee Hamby and Gladys Matthews Hamby. He was a veteran of the US Army and worked as a truck driver for Wal-Mart for many years. Bob was also united in marriage to Betty Tims and they enjoyed many years together. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Emma Lou Parker and three grandchildren, Becky Hamby, Michael Cloutier and Sommer Jones. He is survived by his wife, Betty of the home; children, Rick Kyle and wife Brenda, Bobby Jr. and wife Donna, Ronnie Kyle, Randy Jones and wife Janelle, Byron Hamby, Tim Hamby; sixteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; sisters, Pasty Fox, Doris Branson, Ruby Crawford, Wanda Goff, Billie Kaminsky and Lavenia Starr; brothers, Tom Hamby, Travis Hamby, Norman Hamby and James Hamby; a special friend, Daniel Eskew and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 5:30 P.M, to 7:30 P.M. Friday, May 13, 2022. Funeral Services are set for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are being handled by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
