Bonnie L. Johnson, age 56 of Bentonville, Arkansas and formerly of Smackover, Arkansas passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Shiloh Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springdale, Arkansas. Bonnie was born in Eldorado, Arkansas on January 28, 1957 to Elzie and Helen Leveritt. Bonnie really enjoyed working at Wal-Mart and she will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters; Bonnie is survived by one son, Austin Mendenhall of Bentonville; one daughter, Angela Church and husband Chris of Bentonville; five brothers, Randy Leveritt and wife Tammy of Smackover, Arkansas; Ronny Leveritt and wife Judy of Smackover, Arkansas; Carl Leveritt and wife Betty of Eldorado, Arkansas; Mike Leveritt and wife Gloria of Fordyce, Arkansas; Willis Leveritt and wife Ruby of Missouri; two grandchildren; Meagan and Peyton; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends; Memorial services will be at 3:00 pm, Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Benton County Memorial Park's Funeral Home Chapel (3800 W. Walnut) in Rogers, Arkansas.
