Brenda Sue Shipp, 65, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025.  She was born November 11, 1959, in Winnsboro, Louisiana, to the late Leon Herman Jones and Gertrude Shipp.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Monty Winters, Jr.; three brothers, Leroy Jones, Lonnis Jones and Earl Jones and three sisters, Betty Carroll, Virginia Givens and Shirley Hutto.

She is survived by her daughter, Samantha (Raymond) Halstead of Anderson, South Carolina; sister, Ruby Southern of Lowell, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Blake Barnes, Brianna Deason, Logan Deason, Grace Halstead, Victoria Ford and Vanessa Winters; eight great grandchildren; niece, Ashley Simmons and nephew, Joshua Simmons.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Anderson officiating.  Interment will follow at Benton County Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be Joshua Simmons, Blake Barnes, Raymond Halstead, Logan Deason and Herman Hutto.
