Ms. Catherine McAnistan, age 76, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away peacefully at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas, Tuesday, June 28th, 2016. She was born October 7th, 1939 in Brewster, MA to Herbert and Anna Ellis McAnistan. She enjoyed sports and politics, playing cards at the Wellness Center in Rogers, and collecting coins, plants, and angels. Above all her kindness, sense of humor and wit will be missed by all who crossed her path. Ms. McAnistan was preceded in death by her parents and brother, John McAnistan. Ms. McAnistan is survived by her friend and caregiver, Sandy Scott, and numerous friends and family in Cape Cod Bay. A private celebration of Catherine's life will be held at a later date on Cape Cod Bay. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home,3800 West Walnut, Rogers, Arkansas.
