Mr. Cecil Roy Noe, age 70, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mr. Noe was born March 1, 1945, in Madera, California to William Earl and Evelyn Carter Noe. Mr. Noe was a plumber and a veteran in the United States Armed Forces. Mr. Noe was preceded in death by his parents, son, William "Billy" Noe and brother, Jimmy Noe. Mr. Noe is survived by his wife, Joyce Terry Noe of the home, sons, Marc-Allan Roy and wife Lisa Noe of Springdale, Arkansas, Christopher Scott and wife Amanda Noe of Centerton, Arkansas, and Kevin Earl and wife Katie of Houston, Texas, daughters, Anjannette Mott and husband Rusty of Fayetteville, Arkansas, brothers, Kenny Noe and wife Chuhui and Timothy Noe and wife Sue all of Alabama, sister, Tammy Chambers and husband Chris of Alabama, grandchildren, Heather and husband Eric, Kristy and husband Nick, Josh and wife Tiffany, Jeremy, Owen, Abby, Kayden, Kendra, Sydney, Dakota, Makayla, Kensley and one on the way, Angela, Ricky, Jessica and husband Robert. Great-Grandchildren, Allissa, Braxton, Cloe, Emmett, Maria-ann, Faith, Nathan, Anthony, William, Nathanel, Natalie, Lillian, Charlee, Emma, Wade, Michael, Kason and one on the way, and other family and friends. Visitation for Mr. Noe will be 11:00 to 1:00pm, Monday, November 16, 2015, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Monday, November 16, 2015, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
