Cecilia Jane Foster Duffy, age 66 of Rogers, passed away August 12th, 2021. Cecilia was a God-fearing Christian who brought her husband to Jesus. She loved her family and friends and always looked forward to family gatherings. She is a tireless advocate for children and the finest friend one could ask for. Cecilia's favorite activity was holding movie streaming parties with her friends.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Duffy of the home; Son, Chad Daulton and wife Lennia; Step-daughter, Jennifer Johnson and husband Sean; Step-son, Francis Duffy IV and partner Valerie Arnoldus; Grand children, Plumeria Kay (PK) Ducote, Erika Major and husband Brandon, Seth Johnson, Keenan Daulton and wife Tybria, Shania Hays and husband Bodhi, Rheaven Blackwell and Dreagon Blackwell; Great grand children, Aiden Wooten, Teagan Major, Trenton Hays, McKinley Rogers, Nova Hays and Lynnon Blackwell; Sister, Linda Rigsbee and husband Darrell and brother James Foster and wife Barbara.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Benton County Children's Shelter.

Memorial services are scheduled for 6:00 P.M. Monday, August 23, 2021 at the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel, 3800 West Walnut, Rogers AR.
