Ceyla Lorena Sequeira Mojica, age 68 of Springdale, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Regency Hospital in Springdale. She was born on February 28, 1955 in Managua, Nicaragua to the late Humberto Sequeira and Teodosia Ofelia Ramirez. On October 17, 1988, she married Roberto Mojica in Managua, Nicaragua. After living in Northridge, California until 1991, they settled in Northwest Arkansas. Ceyla was a homemaker for most of her life and her biggest joy was her family. Mrs. Mojica was a great counselor and an even better friend. She loved God and reading her bible. Her family describes her as a prankster who loved to joke around and was known for her sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bidkar Sequeira of Managua, Nicaragua.

She is survived by her husband, Roberto Mojica; four daughters, Karen Rodriguez of Berryville, Arkansas, Rosalina Martinez of Rogers, Yahoska Barreda of Springdale and Alejandra Sequeira of Rogers; mother, Teodosia Ofelia Ramirez.

Family will receive guests at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023 Benton County Memorial Park Chapel for visitation. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Benton County Memorial Park Chapel with a comital service afterwards at Benton County Memorial Park located at 3800 West Walnut Street Rogers, Arkansas 72757.
