Charles "Chuck" Emmitt Morris, age 47, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Fayetteville. Chuck was born in Harbor City, California on November 21, 1963 to Charles Emmitt Morris and Sharon Kay (Madison). Chuck worked in construction as a jack of all trades and was a very hard worker. Chuck enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, going to the duck pond with his wife MaryAlice and feeding the ducks. Chuck loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his god-son, Waylen. Chuck had a big heart and he would always go out of his way to help other people and he will be missed very much. Preceded in death by his parents, Chuck is survived by his wife MaryAlice of Fayetteville, Arkansas; step-father, Michael Burgert of Illinois; two brothers, Ken Morris and wife Sharon of Fresno, California; Michael Burgert, Jr. of Corona, California; two sisters, Laura Douthit and husband Bill of Corona, California; Michele Nguyen and husband Minh of Corona, California; six nieces and nephews, Lance, Nick, Ashley, Johnny, Candace, and Kimberly; and numerous other relatives, and many friends. Celebration of Life Services will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Charles's favorite duck pond in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
