Charles Neal Foster, age 56 of Pineville, Missouri and formerly of Rogers, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice in Bentonville. Neal was born in Rogers on February 27, 1956 to Charles Perry and Mary (Varner) Foster. On March 6, 2006 he married Kathy (Stone) Foster in Baxter County, Arkansas. Preceded in death by his parents and three brothers; Neal is survived by his wife Kathy of the home; two daughters, Candace Linderman and husband Edward of Rogers; Chanda Boyd of Springdale; one step daughter, Karrie Osborn of Pineville; one step son, Nathaniel Osborn of Rogers; one brother, James Foster and wife Barb of Rogers; three sisters, Cecilia Duffy and husband Frank of Rogers; Linda Rigsbee and husband Daryl of Rogers; Ruby McDougall of Canada; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Celebration of Life services will be 7:00 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Benton County Memorial Park's Funeral Home Chapel (3800 W. West Walnut) in Rogers.
