Charles Franklin Garrett, age 76, of Siloam Springs, passed away Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 in a local hospice center. Mr Garrett was born June 24th, 1939 in Siloam Springs to Tom and Dollie Garrett who preceded him in death as well as one sister, Peggy Puls. Mr. Garrett is survived by two sons, Charles Patrick Garrett and daughter-in-law ,Barbara. and Lt. Col. James McGregory Garrett and one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Kevin Fielder. 8 grandchildren, Grant, Lydia and Ira Fielder, Hannah and Kale Garrett; Ryland Burns,, Sydney Garrett and Garin Garrett; one sister, Tommye Strassheim, and his soul-mate, Margaret Garrett.
