Charlie Russell Key, Jr., 78, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at his home. He was born January 1, 1948, in Bastrop, Louisiana, to the late Charlie Russell Key, Sr. and Bonnie Louise Gill Key. Charlie worked as an industrial electrician for International Paper and Kennametal. He enjoyed feeding the squirrels and chipmunks near his home. Being in nature fishing and jet skiing were enjoyable pastimes for him. Charlie also enjoyed reading and playing dominos with family and friends.

He is survived by his children: Traci Key of Gentry, Arkansas, Terri Mooney of Gentry and Thomas Key of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; two sisters: Rebecca "Carol" (Ron) Shelby of East Camden, Arkansas and Sandra (Glenn) Dregar of Houston Texas; one brother, Thomas (Diane) Key of Harmony Grove, Arkansas; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers.
