Charlotte Goates, age 63 of Lowell passed away November 8, 2011. Charlotte was born July 7, 1948 to parents Loyd and Besse May Frazier. She was united in marriage to Willard Goates on May 3, 2004 at Fayetteville, Arkansas. Charlotte was devoted to her Christian faith. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and working with flowers. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, LeRoy Frazier and sister, Carol Frazier. She is survived by her husband, Willard Goates of Lowell; two sons, Bo and wife Julie Speed of Bentonville and Johnny Bruffet of Texas; daughter, Brenda Wilson of Seagoville, Texas; four brothers, Everett and wife Janice Frazier of Pineville, Donnie and wife Ima Frazier of Siloam Springs, Jimmy and wife Faye Frazier of Strickler and Randy Frazier of Prairie Grove and two step sons, Joey and wife Tara Goates of Bella Vista and Chad Goates of Decatur. Graveside services are set for 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 11, 2011 at the White Oak Cemetery, southwest of Tontitown.
