Charlotte Ruth Israel, age 57, passed away Sunday, August 28th, 2016. She was born on January 23rd, 1959 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Growing up her father was in the Army where they lived in different places, she attended eighth grade in Germany. She has spent most of her life in the area where she worked as a waitress. She worked for Jake's Pizza in West Fork for the last three years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Israel, and mother Charlene LaFern Courtney. She is survived by her father, Bentley Clyde Humphrey of Greenland; two daughters: Olivia Pate and Lillian Israel of the home; two sons Benjamin Israel of the home and Russell Israel of West Fork; two sisters: Kathy Dennington of Hinton, Oklahoma and Robin Todd of Fort Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: J.D. and Justice of the home, Michael, Aden, Austin, Harper, Adam, Aaron, and soon to be baby Bentley; a niece Samantha Dennington of Hinton, Oklahoma and a nephew Kenneth Humphrey of Fort Smith. Along with many friends and relatives. She loved all of them. There will be a memorial service on September 6, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the West Fork Community Center.
