Charlotte Ann Rogers, age 60, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born May 3, 1963, in Beeville, Texas. Charlotte, an alumna of Siloam Springs High School, excelled in volleyball before pursuing her passion for dance and music post-college. Her journey led her to become an alternate for the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Following her marriage to Rusty French, the couple settled in Nashville, Tennessee, where Charlotte would sing vocals for several different music studios. Charlotte always had a zest for life, and was eager for new adventures, and this took her to Florida, where she embraced coastal living. After the birth of her son, Nikolas, she returned to her roots in Rogers, Arkansas, to raise her family. Charlotte was passionate about cooking and creating a happy home for her family. Charlotte had a warm and vibrant spirit, and she will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Earl Rogers.
Charlotte is survived by her mother, Ema Rogers, of Rogers, Arkansas; son, Najm 'Nik' Burris, of the home; sister, Karen Bryant, of Rogers, Arkansas; brother, Rob Rogers and his wife Kim, of Austin, Texas; nieces, Paige Rogers, of Austin, Texas, Lori Jones, of Springdale, Arkansas, and Kendra Jones, of Rogers, Arkansas; nephew, Josh Jones, of Dundin, Florida; 6 great nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home, (479) 636-2412.
