Cheryl A. Billiot Gowen, 68, of Tilly, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born October 26, 1957, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Louis Billiot, Sr. and Margaret A. Bowen Billiot. Cheryl loved the Lord. She enjoyed sewing, and she spent a lot of time traveling from state to state to visit family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and her brother, Dale Anthony Billiot. Cheryl is survived by two daughters, Rebekah Suttle of Colorado and Elisabeth Griffin of Arkansas; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
