Claude Leon Willard, age 76, a resident of Rogers, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. Claude was born on October 4, 1935 in Lebanon, Missouri to George and Lula (Basham) Willard. Claude served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and received an honorable discharge. Preceded in death by his parents and five siblings; Claude is survived by his wife Jean (Armstrong) Willard of the home; two sons, Mike and Robbie Willard; one daughter, Kathy Trotter and her husband Jerry of Rogers; one sister; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Inurnment ceremonies will be at 12:00 pm, Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas with military honors.
