Obituary
Clay L Harvey, age 70, of Garfield, Arkansas passed away on Friday, February 19th, 2016 in a local nursing and rehab center. Mr. Harvey was born April 9th, 1945 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas to Harrisson and Christine Eastep Harvey who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Harvey and a stepdaughter, Paula Fricke and one grandchild.
