Clent Estes Wilson 89 of Rogers passed away peacefully Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. He was surrounded by his family as he moved to Heaven to spend eternity with his Lord and Saviour.
He was born on July 18, 1931, to Joseph Wilson and Edith Pinkston Wilson in Oxford, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his wife of almost 64 years, Mattie Jo Pemberton Wilson, his parents, his brothers, Luther Wilson, Delmar Wilson, and Charlie Wilson, his sisters, Venita Treat, Lorene Mask, Thelma Jo Pyland, and Blanche Treat.
He is survived by his daughters, Rita Miles of Rogers, Arkansas, Sandie (Shawn) Wright of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Sheryl (Kevin) Freeman of Centerton, Arkansas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Hufford of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Whitney(Tyler) Matheson of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Karly (David) Amezcua of Centerton, Arkansas, Tanner (Lauren) Freeman of Denver, Colorado, 8 great grandchildren, sister Melba (Orgel) Shannon of Mtn View, Arkansas, and many nieces and nephews and friends, and also last but not least, his faithful dog, Lily, who helped him through his numerous health issues of the last few months.
There will be a private family graveside service held in the upcoming days at Bentonville Cemetery in Bentonville, Arkansas.
