Craig John Marheineke, age 59 of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born on August 27, 1963 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Howard and Verna Klein Marheineke. Craig was employed for many years with J.B. Hunt as a logistics expert. As a child, Craig became passionate about trains, which led him to becoming an Engineer for the Eureka Springs Railroad Arkansas Missouri Railroad.  He enjoyed chasing trains and researching old railroad history. He also enjoyed camping, hanging out with his buddies and watching Godzilla and Sci-Fi movies.  Craig would be described by his friends and loved ones as a caring individual who was always smiling and bringing happiness to others. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Marheineke, of Fayetteville.

He is survived one brother, Dale Marheineke of Avoca. He was also survived by his best friend, Terri Marheineke of Bella Vista and two dogs, Dollie and Maddie of Bella Vista.
