Daniel Lynn Thomas, 69, of Noel, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was born October 24, 1956, in Ventura, California, to the late Everette and Dorothy Hanson Thomas. Daniel proudly served in the United States Navy as a mechanic for fighter aircraft. He was assigned to Attack Squadron 52 (VA-52), known as the “Knight Riders,” a distinguished Pacific Fleet squadron that flew the A-6 Intruder in overseas deployments. After leaving the Navy, he made a career as a professional transport driver for more than forty years. Of all his accomplishments, he was most proud of his evangelistic work in Jamaica, where he devoted himself to preaching and sharing his faith. In his spare time, Daniel loved being outdoors whether hunting or fishing, it didn’t matter to him.

He is survived by his son, Cory Hastings; two cousins, Brian and Christie Thomas; and many other beloved family members and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
