Danny Gene Smith, 69, of Noel, Missouri passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was born October 7, 1953 to the late Delmar and Eva Sutherland Smith in Kermit, Texas. Danny married the love of his life Lisa on October 7, 1994 in Miami, Oklahoma. Danny and Lisa were married for thirty years and he was a loving husband and father to their children. Mr. Smith worked most of his life in the petroleum industry, with experience in many different roles and aspects of oil extraction business. Danny enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors, fishing, camping, and loving life. One of his favorite things to do was throwing darts, and would participate in the Chicken Coop Open Dart Tournament in Noel, Missouri. Danny is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rance Smith.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Lisa, two sons; Larry and Joshua; two daughters, Malinda and Carrie; sister, Connie Kelly, as well as nineteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
