David ("Dave") Larry Rowley, age 78 of Colcord, Oklahoma and formerly of Ionia, Michigan passed away September 19, 2022. Dave was born December 24, 1943 in Ionia, Michigan to parents Kenneth Rowley and Helen Worden Rowley. He was united in marriage to Linda Mae Smith and they enjoyed many years together. Dave was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked for many years in Law Enforcement and the Prison System. After retiring, he enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross and other Church related organizations. He was also a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed spending time with his family. Dave was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard ("Dick") and James ("Jim") and one sister, Anne. He is survived by his wife, Linda Mae Rowley of the home; adult children, David Rowley Jr. and wife Cathy of Ithaca, Michigan, Mike Rowley and wife Elizabeth of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Cindy Huffmier and husband Dan of Davenport, Iowa, Wanda Holley and husband Carl of Colcord, Oklahoma, Ann Stebbins of Colcord, Oklahoma; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held in Michigan in the upcoming summer ('23)—date to be determined. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers, AR.
