Mr. David Bruce Martin, age 78, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Mr. Martin was born April 10, 1940 in Sillwater, Oklahoma to Roy Wayne and Ruby Iola Spangler Martin. Mr. Martin was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marlene Sue Uber Martin, brothers, Jack, Ben, Aubrey and Jerry Martin. He is survived by daughter, DeAnna and husband Michael Varble, son, Samuel "Sam" Roy Martin and wife Jada, David and Dennis Lackey, a brother, James R. Martin, a sister, Ann Anderson, grandchildren, Morgan, Parker, Calvin Varble and Curtis Maness and wife Mary Grace, Jocelyn, Jasmine, and Jordan Sain and David Lackey Jr. and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Friday, June 1, 2018 at Lakeside Baptist Church in Rogers with Pastor Scott Hill officiating. Visitation will be held 6:00pm till 8:00pm, Thursday, May 31, 20185 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers. Burial will follow at 10:00am, Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Benton County Memorial Cemetery in Rogers. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
