David William Metzger Jr., age 54 of Westville, Oklahoma passed away July 3, 2013. Dave was born April 17, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to parents David William Metzger and Delores Jenkins Metzger. He served as a young man in the United States Army and worked for many years as a truck driver. Dave was also a dedicated fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dave was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Metzger of the home; sons, David Metzger III of Westville and Derrick Scroggins and wife Tina of Siloam Springs; daughters, Amanda Guest and husband Mike of Siloam Springs and Donna Metzger of Anchorage, Alaska; brother, John Metzger and wife Laurie of Aurora, Colorado; sisters, Sharon Price and husband Tom of Federal Way, Washington and Doris Metzger of Washington state; grandchildren, Skyler Scroggins, Abbie Scroggins, Brandon Rogers, Tyner Guest, Andrew Guest, Alexis Guest and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers, Arkansas.
