David Phillip Searcy, age 67 of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Promenade Health and Rehabilitation in Rogers. He was born October 27, 1955 in Bentonville, Arkansas to the late Elbert Searcy and Lucy Fauette Searcy. He was a resident of Northwest Arkansas since the early 90's after moving from Hot Springs, Arkansas. David enjoyed shooting pool and fishing in his free time. Most of all, he was a loyal member of the Pentecostal Church of Northwest Arkansas and he loved spending time with his family. David was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Searcy of Bentonville, Arkansas; two sisters, Bonnie Vanhook of Clifty, Arkansas and Kathy McDaniel of Bentonville, Arkansas.

He is survived by his brother, Rick and his wife, Pamela Searcy of Jane, Missouri; sister-in-law, Alice Searcy of Bentonville, Arkansas; three nieces, Jamie Abbott of gentry, Arkansas, Becky Koesel of Marshall, Texas and Misty Barton of Benton, Arkansas; four nephews, John Searcy of Bentonville, Arkansas, Ricky Searcy of Washburn, Missouri, Mike McDaniel of Hiwassee, Arkansas and Dennis McDaniel of Benton County along with a host of loving family and friends.
