Debra Kay Harvey, age 49, a resident of Garfield, Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas for many years, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Debra was born in Houston, Missouri on November 25, 1961 to mother, Rosetta Pittman and father, Carl Miller. Debra enjoyed being outdoors and loved fishing, camping, and hiking. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and especially her grandson and she will be missed by her friends and loved ones very much. Preceded in death by one son, Wesley Wayne Harvey and her grandparents, Jack and Wanda West; Debra is survived by her mother, Rose Keene and step-father, Loy Keene of Rogers, Arkansas; one sister, Jerri Falter of Portland, Oregon; one daughter, Reahannon Jackson and her husband Jamie Jackson of Springdale, Arkansas; one grandson, Jace Jackson of Springdale, Arkansas; three nieces, other relatives, and many friends. Celebration of Life services will be at 6:00 pm, Friday, August 19, 2011 at the home of Debra Kay Harvey.
