Debra L Koenig, age 59, of Garfield, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 22nd, 2019. Debra was born March 10th, 1960 in the Phillppines on Clark Air Force Base to Joseph and Ruth Brown. She worked as an Licensed Practical Nurse for many years. She was preceded in death by her father; Joseph F. Brown. Debra is survived by her husband, Richard Koenig, her mother, Ruth I. Simpson Brown, one son, Charles Staudt, daughter, Crystal Staudt Black, her siblings; Joseph Brown Jr., John Brown, William Brown, and Vicki Borwn McCallie, five grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
