Dennis Keith Sample, age 58, of Winslow, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Dennis was born April 7th, 1960 in Perry Oklahoma. He was a skilled carpenter, who took pride, and found extreme joy in his work. He left an ever-lasting impact on all who he met, and was truly beloved by the entire community of Winslow, Arkansas. He will be missed by all who had the opportunity to meet him. He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Sample, and his brothers Richie and Ernie Sample. He is survived by his mother, Opal Sample, wife Bobbi Sample, brother, Jerry Sample, sister, Judy Sample, and his son, R.D. Sample. Memorial Service: Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m., at the Winslow Community Center, in Winslow, Arkansas.
