Don Gayler, age 50, a resident of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Don was born in Fairfield, California on November 11, 1960 to Aaron Donald Gayler and Carolyn Maxine (Brock) Scott. Don was well known in the Northwest Arkansas area back in the 90's as the leader of the band Blue J. Don is survived by his parents; Don and Mildred Gayler of Rogers; Blese and Caroline Scott of North Carolina; one brother, James Gayler of Minnesota, one sister, Michelle Foley of North Carolina; his wife of twenty-five years, Julie Gayler; three sons, Leon Baker; Justin Gayler; Tyler Baker; two daughters, Robin (Gayler) Shellnut; Janelle Gayler; and five grandchildren. Celebration of Life services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers, Arkansas (3800 W. Walnut).
