Mrs. Doris Lewis, age 75, of Rogers, Arkansas, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab in Rogers, Arkansas. Mrs. Lewis was born July 18th, 1941 in Winslow, Arkansas to Bernice and Orvil Henson. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, Ornice and John D. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband, Richard Lee Lewis, her children, Rich Lewis, Christine Finn, Denise Templeton, Barbara Childress, Jane Peoples, and their families, as well as her numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Funeral service for Mrs. Lewis will be 4:00pm, August 6, 2016 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastor David Holmes officiating.
