Edward "Scott" Tosspon, age 76 of Garfield, Arkansas passed away November 12, 2019. Scott was retired from the U.S. Army and is survived by his loving family and friends. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
