Effie Lorine Parrish, age 82 of Bentonville, went home to be with Jesus on March 3, 2016. Lorine was born on August 29, 1933 to John Gabbard and Bertha Daniel Gabbard in Hindsville, Arkansas. She was the youngest of 4 brothers and 8 sisters. Lorine was a member of Rogers Freewill Baptist Church. She led a weekly bible study at her home. She is survived by 2 children. 1 son Jack Bradley and wife Pat of Rogers, Arkansas and 1 daughter Shirley Hare and husband Steve of Panama City, Florida. Lorine was blessed with 4 grandchildren: Lori Davies of Springdale, Arkansas, Jeremy Burks of Bentonville, Arkansas, Sarah Roberts of Mansfield, Texas and Megan Bradley of Rogers, Arkansas. 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She spent her life caring for others. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and spending time outdoors. Funeral services are scheduled for March 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm with viewing prior to service from1:00 - 2:00 pm at Rogers Freewill Baptist Church. Rev. Eddie Davis officiating. Pall bearers: Larry McGlocklin, Shawn McGlocklin, Randy Harvey, John Desadier, Issac Holder and Frank Edens. Interment will follow at Benton County Memorial Park.
