Evelyn Mae Wilkey, 94, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Circle of Life at Legacy Village in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born on June 6, 1929 in Emporia, Kansas to the late John and Avis Hudson Warner. On October 15, 1946, she married Robert "Bob" Wilkey. She was a resident of Kansas when she moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1996. She was an active member of Pleasant Grove Congregation in Rogers. Evelyn loved flowers and gardening along with writing letters. Her family and friends described her as very loving and the sweetest, most considerate person. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Wilkey in 1999; son, Jack Wilkey; and son-in-law, John DeBus.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda DeBus of McPherson, Kansas; six grandchildren; Shane Wilkey of Colorado, Shannan Bergen of Florida, Ryan Wilkey of Florida, Jamie Pitcher of France, Jason DeBus of Arizona, and Jared DeBus of Rogers; seventeen great-grandchildren; a host of many great-great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
