Fay Lucille Granger, 81, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born July 14, 1944, in Robstown, Texas, to the late Howard and Ruby (Twist) Brown. In 1970, she was married to Gary Frank Granger. Fay lived a life marked by quiet creativity, generosity and devotion to family. She found great joy in quilting, a craft through which she expressed both patience and love. She was an avid walker who appreciated the simple beauty of daily routines and time spent outdoors. Fay was also passionate about charitable foundations, giving thoughtfully and often to causes close to her heart. One of her most meaningful pursuits was editing and preserving the novels written by her late mother, Ruby Brown. This was an act that reflected Fay's deep respect for family, storytelling and legacy. She will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity and her steadfast love for those she held dear. Her memory will live on in the hands she guided, the stories she preserved and the family who loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Granger and her sisters: Kay Fowler and Joan White. Fay is survived by her cherished nieces and nephews: Lisa Fowler, Shelley Fowler, Kevin Fowler, Gene White and Stanley White, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Graveside service will be Friday, February, 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Benton County Memorial Park with a visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
