Frances "Dixie" Elizabeth Mills, age 62 of Springdale passed away June 4, 2010. Dixie was born May 3, 1948 in Alabama to parents Raymond and Reba Riddle. At an early age the family moved to the Springdale area and Dixie remained there. Dixie was employed at Kawneer aluminum manufacturing for 16 years. Dixie was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Reba Riddle. She is survived by three children, Tina of Springdale, John of Springdale, Bobby of Henderson, Nevada; two sisters, Ruth of Springdale and Shirley of Georgia and a host of other relatives and friends. .
