Franklin Roy Albert, age 86 of Rogers, passed away June 7, 2014. Frank was born April 25, 1928 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to parents Fred Albert and Edna Thayer Albert. He was united in marriage to Gloria Freeman on April 24, 1949 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Frank worked many years for the Illinois Central Railroad. He was also a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church of Cave Springs and enjoyed wood carving and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers and sisters. Frank is survived his wife, Gloria of the home; one son, Frank Albert Jr.; daughters, Susan Ethington and Diane Fouts ; sister, Joyce Campbell of Ottumwa, Iowa; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Memorial Services are set for 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Lakeview Baptist Church of Cave Springs, Arkansas.
