Mr. Fredrick Keith Warren Israel, age 84, of Rogers, Arkansas, formally of Steen Minn, and Buela, S.D., passed away, March 2, 2021, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born July 25, 1936 in Sioux City, Iowa to Ruth Israel and Step-father John Kennedy. Mr. Israel was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers, and was a retired Police Officer for West Chicago Police Department and DuPage County Sheriff's Office in Wheaton, Illinois. Mr. Israel served in the United States Marine Corp as a Sergeant from August 8, 1955 to November 13, 1961. Mr. Isreal volunteered as the President of DuPage County FOP and President of the DuPage COunty Police Assn; Several ministries at Peace Lutheran Church; Men of Peace bible study group, Past President of Rogers Noon Kiwanis, Past Commander of the American Legion Post #100 together with serving on their Funeral honor guard. Mr. Isreal's family consisted of wife, Nancy L. Israel whom he married on November 25, 1972, children, Timothy Israel, Steven Israel and Tracy Israel, step children, Charles (Chuck) Dastych and Debra Lynn Thomas, spouses, Mary Dastych, Danny Thomas and Debbie Israel, grandchildren, Kyle Israel and wife Lindsey, Lauren, Danny, Drew Thomas and Morgan Dastych. Step grandchildren, Jolene Whitlock, great-grandchild, Luke Israel, Hailee Whitlock, step great-grandchildren, Dixie and Zoie Land (Kyle), sister-in-law and brother-in-law; David and Ruthann Hasenheyer. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations to be made to Peace Lutheran Church, Roger. AR or Turning Point for God, P.O. Box 3838 San Diego , CA 92163. Visitation will be held 1:00pm to 2:00pm, with memorial service following at 2:00pm at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
